The Imaret Madrasah was also known as Zarbhane Seljuk and Ulu Mosque Madrasah. It was estimated that imaret Madrasah was built in the 13th century. The structure has open courtyards, a rectangular, porched and four-iwan plan, and its monumental portal is half dome. There are eight spaces on the right side of courtyard and seven spaces on the leftside. After the restoration work between years 1995 - 2000, the structure has become its current status.
