Found in Africa Sudan and Somaliland to South Africa, West Wards to Northern Nigeria. Lives in open woodland’s having water supplies and also in semi desert area; Gregarious. Feeds mainly on leaves of different trees and shoots. Gives birth of one calf after a gestation period of 455 - 488 days. Status: Exotic.
